The Article 34 Awards

From 2009 it has been decided the Article 34 Awards will no longer be presented annually, but will be awarded Bi annually.
However all applications recieved for The Third Annual Article 34 Awards in 2009 will continue to be eligible for the newly structured Bi annual Awards this year. Applicants are encouraged to send an update of their activities by Nov. 19, 2010 which will be added to their applications which are now on record
