At whose expense? At what cost?


There is usually no evidence. There are usually no witnesses. But, doubtlessly there is always doubt!
Sifting fact from fiction, whether and how an allegation of child sexual abuse remains just that or is substantiated ... its the same old script every time........ just different characters ...... and everywhere!
