Mark the dates - Jan 27 and Jan 28, 2016, Chennai Children and youth behave sexually for several reasons, from curiosity to cultural messages to responses due to abuse. Most sexual misbehavior is common and normal. When adults respond to these behaviors appropriately, children and youth learn appropriate behaviors. Unfortunately, so many common sexual misbehavior is responded to in ways that could accelerate normal behavior into abuse of other children. This 2 day session will look at the many messages, direct and indirect, that we give or allow our children to receive that help create sexual misbehavior to aggressive abuse. Day 1 will look at practical ideas to work with communities to build positive messages and behaviours. Day 2 will practice appropriate respones to children with sexual misbehavior issues for healthy sexual development. For more info, pls contact tulircphcsa@yahoo.co.in
