CBSE schools and addressing child sexual abuse

  A circular from the Central Board of Secondary Education dated March 2013, stating that teachers management and employees of all CBSE schools need to be aware of the pertinent sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act which have a special relevance to schools. They are Sections 19(1) and 21, 5 and 9 http://cbse.nic.in/circulars/circular_child_abuse_2013.pdf
